In addition to Predators, Finch also penned the script for the upcoming video game adaptation Hitman: Agent 47 and the impending thriller The November Man, and also worked on CBS Films’ adaptation of American Assassin. It's unknown if he'll still be involved in the development of Deus Ex, but clearly CBS Films wants another pass on the script. Sinister scribes Scott Derrickson and Robert Cargil wrote the previous draft of the Deus Ex script when Derrickson was attached to direct, but he's a little busy at the moment as he's gearing up to helm Marvel's Doctor Strange. Heat Vision reports that CBS Films and producers Roy Lee and Adrian Askarieh have enlisted Predators screenwriter Michael Finch to work on the screenplay for the pic, which draws mainly from the Deus Ex: Human Revolution game and revolves around an ex-SWAT security specialist who unravels a global conspiracy after undergoing mechanical augmentation. They already confirmed Bryan Wilkes is a member of Talon Company in FO4, meaning The exposition evolves from the simple mission.
